Salt and Savour Sauerkraut is produced in beautiful Dunsmuir, California, home of "The Best Water on Earth". Dunsmuir is situated on the banks of the Upper Sacramento River, one of California's blue-ribbon trout streams and lies within the shadow of majestic Mt Shasta. We think it's the perfect location to produce our sauerkraut as the pace of life in Dunsmuir is about the same as the pace of fermenting cabbage.
